THE NETHERLANDS • The industrial inkjet company Durst and its new partner label and packaging company Wifachave has started their first customer cooperation deal across BENELUX for the Tau 330E UV digital inkjet press. The production for the digital printing solution started in January.

The production started at The Label Collective Group (TLCG) at Haaksbergen, The Netherlands. The company employs 35 people and wants to open new markets and to accelerate its fast-growing business in labels with the new Tau 330E solution.

According to TLCG, they need an increasing capacity to meet the growing. In addition, a further reason for this investment is the lower total cost of ownership model of the new line. The Label Collective Group is planning to rebrand two division: Label Discounter and EtiketXL as Zolemba.

According to the press release, Durst’s digital technology enables that web-2-print software can be maximised for a company producing label solutions including variable data options. In general, goods are set to be shipped within 24 hours of job ordering.

The digital inkjet presses Durst Tau 330 and 330E can be complemented by several options including low migration and low odour inks suitable for primary food packaging and pharmaceutical sectors.
