LOPEC 2017 – Printed electronics attracts record number of exhibitors and visitors

GERMANY • From 28 to 31 March 2017, the ninth edition of LOPEC, the international exhibition for printed electronics, attracted a record number of exhibiting companies, space and visitors. More than 2500 participants from 47 countries came to Munich for the three days of the event, an increase of 20% compared to 2016.

54% of exhibitors come from abroad, most of them coming from Germany, the Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Speakers from Samsung and the European Commision were part of the exhibition programme.

Falk Senger, Managing Director of Messe München, states: “The record numbers of exhibitors and attendees reflect that the industry is developing in the right direction.”

The next edition of the show will take place in Munich, Germany from 13 to 15 March, 2018.
