CCL Industries – Treonfan Americas rebranded into Innovia Films
UK • On completion of the acquisition of Treofan Americas, the company would immediately transition to trade under the name of Innovia Films – so CCL Industries recently announced.
At this time the decision was also taken to rebrand Innovia Films as a whole. The purpose is to unify the new larger company which has a broader global footprint and to align the branding closer to the CCL corporate styling. The challenge was to find a logo that allowed Innovia Films to remain independent, while creating something that was modern, global and distinctive.
Innovia Films will begin the transition to the new logo with immediate effect with its inaugural launch at Labelexpo Americas (Hall A, Stand 1221). For the first time on show will be Innovia Films’ expanded range of labelling products. According to the company rhe recent acquisition of manufacturing capabilities in the Americas means that their technical expertise now covers ”bubble” and Stenter films. Innovia Film now offers specialist solutions for pressure sensitive, roll-fed wraparound, cut and stack wraparound and in-mould label (IML) applications.
