Dantex – New digital UV inkjet press at Labelexpo Europe 2017
BELGIUM • Dantex will be introducing the PicoJet digital UV inkjet press, developed by its engineering team. Working at 350 mm (13.78”) width, and at 75 m/min (250 fpm), PicoJet incorporates a resolution of 600 x 600 at 2.Spl dot size. Built on a modular platform, PicoJet engineering allows for a wide variety of optional inline finishing. It is suitable for high quality and long run lengths.
PicoJet is a seven-colour printing system using LED final cure with temperature controlled back-up roller for temperature-sensitive substrates. PicoJet incorporates static control, web cleaning and corona treatment for a wide substrate printing capability.
According to Dantext the new digital UV inkjet press has been built on a modular platform, offering a range of in-line finishing options; die-cutting, lamination, backslit/edge trim, slitting and rewinding. The company has also increased its software offering, with the introduction of full variable data functionality, which runs alongside Dantex’s press operating software.
Dantex will also display its PicoColour entry-level UV inkjet press in configurations demonstrating CMYK + white, varnish and chill roller printing. PicoColour now also incorporates full variable data.
At Labelexpo Europe Dantex will exhibit its product portfolio in hall 3 stand A20.
