Constantia Flexibles – Labels division re-branded

AUSTRIA • All of the company’s operating units have been re-branded collectively as Constantia Flexibles, effective immediately. In this context, also the operating units of Constantia Flexibles Labels Division have been re-branded accordingly. The historical business names including Grafo Regia, Haendler & Natermann (and Constantia Label), Novis, Sim’Edit, Spear, CM Labels and H&N Suzhou will continue to be used as site designations, but the company name and brand message is Constantia Flexibles.

The Labels Division’s revenues are in excess of EUR 485 million and it includes over 2,000 employees. It operates 19 global facilities including locations in Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Malaysia, Mexico, Romania, the United Kingdom, USA and South Africa. Product offerings include wet-glue paper, pressure sensitive, shrink, wraparound, foil, lid labeling and reseal packaging. Verstraete is included in Constantia Flexibles’ Labels Division, but will continue to operate under its existing name due to its unique in-mold product offering and market specific branding.
