TLMI – New staff members announced
USA • The label associaton TLMI is adding three new staff to take on new initiatives and responsibilities. New membership director is Kyle Baldwin, director label initiative for the environment is Rosalyn Bandy and Charles Millitzer joins the association as research analyst. Founded in 1933, TLMI is the association in North America for the USD 12.2 billion narrow web, tag, label, and packaging industry.
As membership director, Baldwin will help to implement new initiatives to further membership engagement with an emphasis on membership communications. In addition, he will focus on TLMI’s Workforce Recruitment Committee. Kyle has been in the labels and packaging industry for 7 years working for Spear and most recently at NuLabel Technologies. As a startup, Kyle helped to build the marketing and sales infrastructures to support NuLabel through their growth phase. Kyle holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Finance from Miami University.
As director, label initiative for the environment (L.I.F.E.) Rosalyn Bandy will work to promote the LIFE certification and assist members with that process. She has held sustainability positions in the label and packaging industry, including Avery Dennison and Daymon Worldwide. She holds an MS in Environmental Science and an MS in Public Administration from Syracuse University.
New research analyst is Charles Millitzer, a graduate of Xavier University, and an MA candidate in Private Interests and Public Good program. He is located in TLMI’s new Milford, Ohio office and will be focused on industry and membership research while also providing administrative support to both staff and members. Charles will be with TLMI on a one-year assignment as he completes his graduate thesis.
